  • 1 nos moringa/drumstick leaves,handful


  • 3 nos onions


  • 8 nos dry chilly


  • 3/4 tsp salt


  • 2 nos curry leaves strands


  • 10 nos garlic pods


  • 1/4 tsp mustard


  • 10 ml oil


  • 2 nos eggs

Directions

  • clean and keep moringa/drumstick leaves aside
  • put oil+mustard +dry chilly +curry leaves +garlic pods crushed +onion (chopped)+salt(little salt)=fry it +moringa leaves +salt little =fry +eggs=stir fry and enjoy it
  • This can be eaten with chapattis or mixed with rice like fried rice,or as it is
  • this is one of the healthiest fry,it has got good amount of Iron,Calcium, in 100g
